Working, living and existing in the field of Trauma for more than 20 years has brought me to a place of understanding and practicing ‘healing’ from a new paradigm. As an administrator in child welfare, a therapist in foster care/adoption, and an expert in Trauma Informed Care and the healing of attachment and emotional regulatory challenges, I continue to witness the extreme dissolution of healthy relationship in the workplace, in the therapy office and in the home.

We are not meant to hurt one another, but we do.

The outcome of trauma is often hostel, non-trusting, fragmented, isolated and impulsive dynamics in relationship. Not only for those whom we are called to serve, but for us as the servants as well.

The secondary and vicarious response to trauma is painful.

The Trauma Informed principles behind the 12 Agreements with LIFE! have helped 1000s of people worldwide~ whether dealing with a traumatized child in your home or office, or as an administrator seeking to increase the effectiveness and bottom line performance of your team.

Juli will share her personal journey, challenges and successes as a mother to more than 70 children, 4 of whom are biological, a successful business owner and consultant, and as a fellow human working to BE more and DO less.
