coaching for LIFE: provides an array of organizational and training services to meet the needs of our large and diverse client base. Our highly skilled and professional staff are directed by Juli Alvarado and include a consulting child psychiatrist, Dr. Mary Braud, MD, consulting child psychologist, Dr. Sheryl Ziegler, PhD, and team of expert therapists and consultants. We provide direct on site consultation, training and executive coaching toward trauma informed approaches to both organizational development and growth as well as training and workshops designed for both foster and adoptive parents as well as professionals in the juvenile justice, educational, child welfare, mental health systems and court systems.
Presentations and workshops: trauma informed programming and training is a vital component for all successful new generation providers to invest in. The future of child welfare and mental health will change drastically in the coming decade. Strategically positioning your agency and your staff for this positive change utilizing research driven models of care along with positive change paradigms will provide for the necessary ingredients for optimal service provision. We are here to support the driven organization to the top of the chart with outcomes in business and service beyond prior realization. We provide one day workshops, two day trainings and 3-5 day intensive on site assessment and training of trainer intensives.
Juli Alvarado and her team provide workshops for national and international conferences annually and are available for your training programming. We provide an average of 50 workshops annually with the highest ratings consistently. All of our trainings are motivational, inspirational and educational for your audience. Organizational Consulting: Juli Alvarado and her consulting staff are available for onsite program assessment, program development and consulting with regard to your organizations’ needs.
