Fearless Leadership
Managing Strategic Change in an ever Changing World: And Staying Sane!!
The effective leader in 2010 will strive to serve first and from that servant attitude will lead with effectiveness, empowerment and authenticity
A full day of working on personal and organizational goals by realizing the truth of inner strength, joy and peace even in the chaos of our daily lives at home and in the office~
A true leader never has to make anybody do anything for any reason
The Fearless Leader workshops explore
- Who am I as a leader?
- What is Servant Leadership and how to integrate serving and leading?
- Where am I going as a leader?
- What do I sell myself for everyday at work?
- What are my faulty belief systems and how have I perhaps compromised in
my life at work and home because of them?
IE: I am responsible for the happiness and success of others
I am as important in this life as I am stressed by this life, at home and in the office
We are only as worthy or valuable as others say we are, at home and in the office
We must tolerate others in our lives at work and home who live in dark, negative states - We do not see the world as it is. The world becomes as we see it. How do you see the world?
- Transforming as leaders in 2010 through the conscious, deliberate and purposeful acts that we decide on today
Each participant would work through goals for 2010, and create an individual as well as an organizational collective set of goals based on:
- Choosing to make a bold move. You will get nowhere if you don’t start somewhere~
- Act. Every action as a reaction that we must acknowledge and be aware of~
- Realize. The incredible potential we each have, but is perhaps deep in hiding~
- Release. What do I need to let go of in order to make room for the new!~
- Now, change happens now or it doesn’t happen. This is the only moment we have, now~
Topics that would be integrated throughout our time together:
- Leading with Ease
- A deep relationship with Truth
- Leaving powerlessness behind and taking on bold, fearless leadership roles
- The only thing we truly fear in any relationship is that we will not get
what we want, how we want it, when we want it and where we want it.
Learning to lead others through to the outcome that we want/need - Learning through revelation of the truth, not confirmation of what I think to be truth today
- The ability to find patience, kindness and tranquility at any moment in the workplace and home
- Coming fully awake to the endless chatter that goes on in our minds and quieting it in order to increase effectiveness
- Clearing storms from the past that are the dark clouds still hanging over us at work today
PEACE: it does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work. It means to be in the midst of those things and to still be calm in your heart~
